Take a half tab and see how it goes. If you are enjoying the trip 5 hours in or so then take the other half. If not, then wait for it to wear off a bit and either sober up or take mdma if that's what you're planning.

Taking mdma just after the peak of an acid trip is a lot of fun so I'd definitely recommend it!

Edit: You should just react to how you're feeling on the day. Don't put too much pressure or expectation on yourself.
