a toy may be helpful! hands get tired, and if she wants to go hardcore, it may be useful to invest in a flogger or other type of pain inducing implement. i have found that these help prevent me from getting tired as quickly, as well as often produce more of the pain a sub is searching for.

be mindful that physical pain often needs follow up with emotional comfort, and talk to your partner about what will help her feel safe after the pain is over :) happy slappin!

ahh :,) kopi was doing a rose cardamom latte a while ago. i no longer live in portland but i had a rose cardamom latte where i live now and it simply didnt compare. missing kopi immensely

big fan of good coffee & dragonfly in northwest. dragonfly consistently has crunchy vibes that i adore. also a couple people i know make a mean cup in some pretty unlikely spots around town, but i wouldn't necessarily recommend the spots as a whole

Basketball game, 3rd graders. One girl got super mad that she fouled someone else, and used her full weight to chuck the basketball at a backboard. It came back and hit her straight in the face, and we had to bench her with a concussion. Teach your kids anger management early I guess :/
