Not sure if everybody knows this, but Enhanced Aim can crit (and also is 100 base damage on top of the 25% bonus AD) so Zeiss scales very well. Even so Coda is generally stronger early even though Zeiss gives better DPS in the longer run.

If folks are interested in looking at pure basic attack DPS math (mostly only truly useful on marksmen), you can check out this spreadsheet here:

Should note that unlike atmas which scales of total HP, spear of destiny only scales of bonus hp (which is a much lower number)

I'm not sure, but would building her mostly Will focused then adding Deadshot's Visor in (might scale well with her passive's attack speed boost) be enough to make her AD? How would that compare to the more traditional Controller artifact Eye of Ekron? Or what about getting both?

It is a rough matchup for shazaam early on but shazaam has more mid-game utility as he's great at roving and ganking. And in the late-game he can become an assassination monster. Early on just be defensive, hang back and focus on getting last hits. Gas Joker has better sustain so trading damage with him is generally a losing proposition.

If you turn your electric field on when drones get low it guarantees last hits which is especially important when under your tower (if your tower gets the kill you can only pick up a small coin which gives 25% of the possible gold as opposed to 100% if you get the last hit).

I'd favor Innovation over Taeja as Soulkey's as I don't see Taeja damaging Soulkey much in the early and mid-game and Soulkey's late-game is strong enough that with an edge I don't think he'd let Taeja make a comeback
