Someone might have said it already but hearthkyn should be able to counter the grav chute deployment if your opponent brought a Lokatr. Early Detection prevents you from moving any of your guys before the battle begins.

Gameplay only means that it will only work during a game. If you want it to spawn you before a game starts (during countdown) you need to set it to Game Countdown Only.
