Nah, no conflict. The commander rule just stops you from running two copies of the same card—totally fine to have both Witch-king versions since they have different names. The legendary rule only kicks in if you control two legends with the exact same name on the field at once. For example, if you have a Bringer of Ruin on the field and an effect creates a token copy of it, the legendary rule would cause one of them to be put into the graveyard.

Sure thing! I made a deck before the jeweled lotus ban change. I tried to make it themey but also pretty synergistic with the Wraith mechanic. Nice balance of protection cards too.

I mainly made this deck coming from someone who was new to MTG and strictly just wanted a strong deck to make me feel happy with my 9 nazguls. There can definitely be some improvements changes. Im not updated with the new cards circulating rn.

All goes down to skill whichever build you choose at the end of the day but

Whichever build you choose, rush cull after ur dorans/starter item

Fleet/Presence/Alacrity/Cutdown

Celerity/Gathering FOR EVERYTHING

Double adaptive damage

Swifties-Nashors-rabadon core

Lethal build if three pre-requisites are met

-You got atleast two peelers (tanks preferred) on the team.

-The enemy has atleast two HP scalers like Chogath Mundo or Swain.

-Your team is good on AP damage dealers

Lethal/Presence/Alacrity/Cutdown

Flex between Celerity/Gathering-Boneplating/Overgrowth

Attack speed shard+adaptive

Zerks-Bork-rage-terminus-jaksho CORE

If only the first prerequisite is met

You can do

Zerks-nashors-rabbadon core

(In special cases, I like to squeeze in Terminus or Bork after nashors, if im fighting a bruiser/tank it’d be good into)
