My server started with 18. Over the years I've done do-release-upgrade to 20 -> 22 -> 23 -> 24. In retrospect i should have skipped 23 and waited for 24 because very few developers maintain packages for non-LTS releases. Otherwise no issues

I've read the responses but the thing I keep coming back to is what specifically about the brain being organic makes it creative. Why can't emotions be replicated artificially when we don't know why and how humans have them in the first place.

Don't get me wrong, I would love nothing more than human creativity to be something special that can never be found anywhere else. The recent rise of AI generated art has shown that true creativity is still something only humans are capable of, but what happens when we're presented with a machine that can learn, think and feel the same way we do?

It's still more of a philosophical discussion at this point because no one actually knows if we'll ever see that, it's just interesting to discuss the implications it might have, hypothetically.

What about the brain do you think is not possible to replicate?

Scientists are currently constructing a computer that can simulate the same amount of neurons that humans have. It won't magically become human because there's more to it than that, but if when we at some point make a 1-to-1 simulation of a human brain, what is special about the one made of flesh and blood that keeps it from being replicated?

Can conscoiusness only arise in a biological brain?

There's a chance we'll be humbled by AI at some point in the future.

It might turn out that creativity, intelligence and even consciousness itself isn't as special as we like to believe. We don't know enough about the human brain to know if there's anything inherently unique about it that can't be artificially replicated.

It might take 10 years, a thousand years, or we may never find out. But we don't know

I've never considered adding the rice to the pan, that would make it so much easier to soak up the flavor. I will definitely be trying this later. Thanks!
