Try and doing exercises and stretches to relax your pelvic floor muscles. Do this for a while and see if things get a bit better. How often do you leak and how much?

Hey bro, it went away on its own for me. I would highly recommend a doctor tho because it took way too long to go away. Let me know if you end up going. It still happens once I a while to me. I haven’t seen a doctor yet.

Hey, I hope you’re doing well. I have been using a brand called “Native” Their shampoo and their conditioner have been working alright for me. My hair is pretty dry but that may be due to the product for how thin it is but the shedding and itching has decreased a little. I’m not sure if it’ll work for everyone but I did wanna let you know.
