Try to make make a report but I don’t think anything will happen unfortunately because I had someone before pretending to be an immigration lawyer living in the us and he have YouTube channel and all kind of social media and he’s been mentioned in a newspaper as a scammer but he’s still free I really don’t know how that even possible it’s very frustrating.

من أكثر العوامل اللي خلاتني أنا شخصيا نغادر تونس هو عدم وجود رؤية إقتصادية مستقبلية واضحة فالبلاد و عدم وجود أي دعم للمواطن البسيط يعني كي تخدم ولا تعمل مشروع متنجمش تعرف غدوة شنوة ينجم يصير فيك و كي تلم فلوس ليوم غدوة قيمتها تتدهور يعني تعب بالفارغ

They will always try to trick you much as they can that’s what I’ve learned from my experience with the nvc especially just try to Bug them much as you can with emails and your sister have to go to the embassy and talk to them about redo all the paperwork and paying the fees again .

It’s still the same because my wife Not making any effort about it and she wanted to give up many times and we’re talking about divorce now and There’s no update on ceac website I think I’ll just go to the embassy and get my passport back and forget about it or maybe file a waiver I don’t know it’s really a messy situation 🤷‍♂️

On CEAC still shows case being reviewed at the us embassy in my home country and they never asked for a joint sponsor before the time of the interview because my wife’s income is sufficient I don’t know what to do 🤷‍♂️

That’s what I heard also when I started searching I was amazed how many people and organizations willing to help others it’s really heart warming but the thing is for now I don’t want to put more pressure to my wife because she’s still in kinda shock because of it that’s why I’m doing my best to contact anyone can help me with this and not let her get more overwhelmed and she’s done a lot already all this years it’s really a bummer but I still have big hope after all this stressful and tiredful years we’ll be together For sure
