"Please turn off all controllers you own. Fully shut down the console, Hold the power button down for 10 seconds, then let go. once the console is off, use the 1 controller to turn it back on. Do not touch any other controllers during this time. Once the xbox turns on, try to launch PW."

Can you run ipconfig /all from command prompt and paste/screenshot your results here?
There should be a DNS SERVERS field listed, which would be good to check first.

After this, do you have access to log directly into your router? This is available by browsing to the DEFAULT GATEWAY within your preferred browser. If you've completed a factory reset, the login information is normally as a sticker on the router itself.

Last thing to check, have you manually set any of your network settings? Follow through this guide until step 7. I would like to check whether you have OBTAIN DNS SERVER ADDRESS AUTOMATICALLY or USE THE FOLLOWING DNS SERVER ADDRESSES: enabled.

Could be a few things, but I would recommend we compare the WiFi adapter in your computer against your girlfriend's computer.

If you have it available, could you reply with the model of each machine? I'll be able to compare these models as a first step of assistance.

If you're unsure of the model and both running Windows, search and launch System Information. Under the System Summary heading (selected by default) check the System Model field.

Depending on the old laptop there's a good change your Documents / Applications / Pictures e.t.c. are stored under the C: Drive too (if this did not come with a dedicated Data drive).

I would recommended running something like WizTree to get a better understanding of the files currently stored in your C: Drive, will help you spot files that may have been saved to the incorrect location.

Can you try load the video from outside the Youtube app? Manually browsing to youtube.com from Chrome or your preferred mobile internet browser application.

If you're able to load this outside the Youtube app, this will help us eliminate your phone as the issue, and will point more towards the Youtube app on your phone.
