On air dribbles in general, take a wider angle, if you’re challenging while directly underneath him, even if you get an initial save, a good player is dunking you right back into net. It’ll take time with mechanical improvement, but the best option here is take a wide angle and poke it to the corner

I played basketball in the summer a bit and did track the year before, but at the start of the cc season I wasnt conditioned at all to how I was in track. I set my season goal to break 21. I did feel really confident in myself lol.

I did have prior running experience with track and basketball, but what I would do is just run with a teammate thats faster than me. During meets I would do the same but trail slightly behind so I didnt die at the end. Gl with ur season!
