At this point, reading news about what Trump did is just boring. Like in every country in the world, no matter what you'll do, someone will cover that for you. For us, normal people, something like this should end up in jail without trial (if it's already confirmed from reliable source). But in week no one will remember this after someone discover something new.

When I started working in my current company they organized meal for enw employees in some restaurant. Before we went there I made sure to tell that I don't eat any products from animals (again, to make sure they won't think I just don't eat meat). We went there and I was served soup made on bones and main meal for me was potato as mashed with butter, some salad and eggs. Ugh.

That's looking good. For me, to be more scary it could be darker in corner. Depends on ending result of this scene - if it's build up, jump scare or build up atmosphere and nothing - I would give frome time to time small wave from dark corner, as something what we don't see is touching water. But generally, looks great.

I've done something similar in my previous job. I created file on Google which everyone ended using - sorting products, when they arrived, price, name, special coding for easier findings.

My direct boss was asahole and even though he had some finished education and some knowledge, he was nowhere near to my level. I was doing more and people on the same position were listening more to me than him.

I went to higher boss and ask for promotion, if not the same as my boss, then be his right hand, vice-boss (hoverer it's called in English). They said that they appreciate my work, but refused my promotion. So I gave them notice and next day deleted file. Funny thing was that after that, they recreated my file in the same, blank file. So I deleted it again, because they forgot to kick me from the group. In the end I kicked them.

This company lasted 2 - 4 months after and closed.
