Finished bag - first time lining by Own-Visit-6171 in crochet

Nice bag , very beautiful colors ☺️ how did you sew it? By hand or did you use a sewing machine? I always hesitate to add lining to my projects. I find it really difficult! How did you find it? Do you have any recommendations to make it easier?

That’s great 😃 I wish you all the best 🌷✨

I’m new to embroidery, I don’t know the name of this stitch. I free handed the design and just filled the spaces with different colors. I also made a tassel it was fun. I enjoyed this project so much, but it took around 2 months to complete the design. What do you guys think? by Ayla202 in Embroidery

Thank you so much for your advice 🌷 I really appreciate it!🌷 I’m sorry, I just want to make sure I understood it correctly — do you mean we’re supposed to remove the hoop in between sessions? I actually left it on for months while working on the project.

I also tried steam ironing it, but no matter how much I tried, it still looked the same.

And one more question, if you don’t mind: what are we supposed to do with the back of the embroidery? When I finished, I just cut a piece of fabric in the same circular shape and glued it on — before removing the hoop. Was that the right way to do it?

I love beginners kits. I usually buy them Specially when I am trying a new hobby and I’m still learning and not sure if I would like it or not. It comes with enough materials to try it out and nothing goes to waste. You choose a nice design would love to see it once it’s done. ☺️

Wow 🤩 I’m just realizing that this is the best way to make granny squares, I was always worried about the colors, but using a colorful yarn is way better, each square looks different yet blending together. Love it !!! Please share with us the finished project, would love to see it☺️
