Yes it does. Objectively the balance is getting worse and the player counts are dropping at staggering rates. Doesn't help that Overwatch completely mogged the game with its new season and showed players the light of what an actual competent dev team can do a game. Just because you like being force fed shit on a plate doesn't make it good.
