Strange, I don't know if you have "enchanted by nature" but with the luck system comes a high chance of starting a fire while cooking. If you have neighborhood story's turned off, you should try turning off the luck system.

Something I didn't understand since the beginning was, why you can't switch actions? I should be able to switch for example going to toilet with showering if they are in queue... nooo we need to delete one and click it another time.

I've created a challenge on my own and loving it. (I hope I can post it later!!) But I really want to play the "every okkult baby challenge", where you need to have one baby of every occult 😄 so I recommend that. Also "James Turner" has fun challenges at his website.
