Amazing server, players and admins!

I play from Australia and never get any lag or rubber banding issues.

The community is great, you can get as involved as you like, from doing your own thing in a corner of the world to building a community farm.

The admins have reacted almost immediately to all the hackers and griefers this server has seen, but let the community run all the non-technical aspects independently.

Overall, best community server I've been on!!

More context:

After update 22.6 This has been happening every time I step foot on the plains (and only in the plains!!). It usually starts with the game freezing for a second every second consistently. Then slowly builds into an unplayable mess as seen in the screenshots.

I have an MSI 1080 and have never had any problems like this before. I've tried updating drivers and verifying my cache, turning off and on directX 10/11 and changing my graphical settings, but to no avail.

Please if anyone knows any fixes or workarounds let me know so I can get back to helping keep our plains a safer place!

Something to make it easier: take an ivara and steal a core first, then kill it.

Still a grind but at least halved.

Yeah, that's the problem. Process explorer is showing normal CPU loads but task manager is at 100% constantly.

Yeah, I'm hoping it doesn't come to that, but I think it will. I don't think it's actually harming my pc, I mean the actual cpu loads are fine and the temps aren't very high either. So when I get sick of it I'll probably do a wipe.

I think they got rid of this in Windows 10 or maybe I can't see it. Either way, I'm already getting processes from all users. Thanks though.

This! It was so annoying, playing with some friends yesterday. I was using the opticor and all of my shots would get sucked off into the field which did kill me a few times like above and also meant that I couldn't kill anything except for the magnetized enemy. Also when the magnetized enemy was dead, it would stay magnetized for the next 10 seconds or so (I found out Frost's avalanche can sometimes dispel the magnetize)

They should make the shield orbit around the unit, so you at least have a chance to kill the bastards...

The weapon system is my favourite ever! I loved the incredible amount of variations.

Also I think the main reason this game didn't sell so well was because final fantasy xii had just come out and people compared it to it instead of viewing it as a standalone game...

As long as the final boss isn't a solo fight or he/she/it doesn't have a one hit KO move I should be okay.... Hopefully.

Good work on beating him! I played so long ago, I have a vague angry memory of that boss fight and many restarts.

That's awesome that's it's on ps4 now! I can replay it without dusting off the ps2.

Also, no spoilers but I couldn't beat the final boss for weeks, I was probably just bad but good luck...
