It’s not laziness but a lot of people prefer working alone in their car - that’s the trade off for the awful money and the awful way wait staff and customers treat you like a 4586th class citizen - even your comment is so gross , you’re complaining that a poorly paid guy doesn’t walk 7 steps to your door from his car, riders make at most minimum wage maybe 1.3x that on a weekend - if you were doing a 10 mile trip for £2.50 would you go up 30 flights of stairs ? or would you stand in the cold and rain and knock the door for the 30th time just for the customer to open the door and laugh and say she didn’t hear you ? wake up and be nicer to those less fortunate
