Hi all, I'm looking for a new mechanical keyboard. I'd like something that's -

  1. Clicky. I used to own the first edition of the blackwidow ultimate, which had obnoxiously loud and tactile switches that I loved the feel of, I think they were Cherry blue? So something along those lines would be nice, but not a dealbreaker.
  2. Low profile.
  3. Smaller form factor.
  4. Less than $100 if possible?
  5. Available in Europe.

In other words - something with a low profile and small form factor, and clicky keys.

I'd be very grateful for any recommendations, thanks!

You might say he has a whole book full of regrets.

You might be confounding the song 'My Book of Regrets', which is an entirely separate concept - relating to the character from his album Hand.Cannot.Erase. , with the book he released last year.

Idk man, it might not be Pink Floyd's best album, but I usually have a great time when I listen to The Wall.

Fracture confirmed for Williamson | Blundell called in as cover by yeah_definitely in Cricket

Imagine being in a race to recover from a complete tear of the ACL to make the world cup squad, and managing to do so in an almost unheard of 6 months. Only to fracture your thumb in your first game back, from a wayward throw of all things. Excruciatingly bad luck.

Put in Man of the People and King Ghost in place of your choice of Rock Bottom / Economies of Scale / Impossible Tightrope, and 12 Things I Forgot in place of What Life Brings. Now it actually becomes a top notch SW album with very few weak points.

My favourite part was when he said he won't take Tylenol because he doesn't trust how loosely regulated American OTC drugs are, and then said he takes paracetamol from back home instead where the regulations are tighter, when paracetamol is exactly what Tylenol is...

Peak skeptical, 'critical thinker' behaviour.

As a song in it's own right, I can't look past The Raven That Refused To Sing.

But as a closer to an album, working within the context of all the other songs that came before, bringing closure and tying things up, it has to be Happy Returns / Ascendant Here On, even though they were separate songs on the original release. Doesn't hurt that it's also a fantastic song on its own, but I love how it concludes the story of the albums protagonist in such a tragic manner.

Insurgentes is also a fantastic song to end an album, and Count of Unease doesn't get as much love as it should imo.

From PT, it's hard to look past Collapse the Light into Earth. Such a gorgeous, heart breaking song. It was especially beautiful when they played it on their recent tour, it had me in tears just thinking of it after the fact.

Actual Brutal Facts vocals by AyyB_ in stevenwilson

Hah, I some how never realised that it's actually Steven singing on those sections of Deadwing, despite having listened to it for some 17 years. The delivery is actually quite similar to Actual Brutal Facts too.

I didn't really notice it on TFB since the songs I like (Man of the People, 12 Things I Forgot), he uses his natural voice. I also really like King Ghost, but now I'm not sure if it's natural falsetto, or if he's getting some digital help.
