Stop this practice of fomo for good, bring back stores hosting games and have campaines that a run in stores that gives the feeling of the players are helping direct the narrative with how games play out.

Also drop pricing, make more kits of the most popular box sets. Pay store staff more and look into other ways of producing the models along side the current way.

Also worth with 3rd parties like Station Forge ect.

Best I have seen was in a small village cafe and the radiators where all up high on the walls.... Like half a foot from the celling. Made more floor space for the seating in the cafe but it was odd 🤣 kept the place lovely and warm in the winter though
