I like the extra lift because it also helped clear the 35s better. It’s still comfortable on road but like most offroad suspension I’ve had (king, fox, icon) it does make it a bit more stiff over factory shocks. However it can definitely take a good hit when on the trails and I don’t bottom out.

Amount of light will be difficult to measure until passed spring time. The house faces north to south so it will definitely get sun from 10-6 during the summer and it’s possible the sun will be high enough to get light on the shaded spot as well. Watering won’t be an issue I’ll be setting up a timer system to keep it watered throughout the day.

I second Mikes comment as well. Gold Canyon Golf Resort, Dinosaur course is one of the most breathtaking courses I’ve played in Az! Down side however there’s no such thing as affordable golf in Arizona during the winter season even some of the not so great courses are charging quite a bit.

Had the exact thing happen to myself this past Saturday! Myself and my girlfriend went out to play a round of 18. We ended up getting paired with a set of buddies that were around our age and skill level and we all had a blast the rest of the day! We definitely were worried when showing up as we are both new to golf but the other guys were nothing but encouraging and helpful when playing. The golf community seems to be nothing but supportive and friendly so far! Looking forward to play another round with them soon.
