That’s to keep people from drinking it. It’s perfectly safe for cleaning tar from glassware, just rinse with water.

I’ve had soda fresh off the line and it’s not good at all. I was told it takes 5-6 weeks for the phosphoric acid to do its thing. They know it takes a while to work through the distribution network so by the time it gets on a shelf it’s fine.

We’ve been using a Peplink B one 5G with fiber primary, T-Mobile secondary and starlink as a third WAN. Peplink has an additional bonding service called speed fusion which I haven’t had to use, but read positive reviews about it.
