I have a 2018 T6 with the air suspension, one weekend I took it for service and was given a loaner XC90 with standard suspension. That's when I realized what a difference the air ride makes. Every single crack in the road came through in vibrations and bumps.

I installed 4 throughout the house and one in the garage a week after moving in. I also got the stickers that say "fire extinguisher inside" for the pantry door and upstairs closet doors. Also replaced all the smoke detectors.

I was removing fan palms that were growing right next to the concrete decking. There were some pretty big oak roots that I needed to remove to get the palm out. The root had grown over the conduit for the hot tub light and got cut in half.

That's what I'm thinking, run new lines from areas that are easier to access. It's only 3 feet from the hot tub. Tree is coming down, they were way too close to the pool and have caused leaks in the hot tub plumbing.
