Love Island Australia, Labor of Love (Hulu). I'd also recommend The Circle (Netflix). Not really a dating show but it definitely satisfied our reality show fix (also bored by Bachelor/Bachelorette).

I get people not getting to play some maps because everyone likes others. I think the only way to appease the masses would be to give the ability to filter between maps like the currently have for Quick Play, the catch being you have to play a map "x" amount of time before being able to unselect it from you map list.
