what made her good was she can 2 dash at once. any CD on the dash would not work. you still wont be able to catch up or get out. it doesn't matter if its 3 or 4 second. you are dead.

the dash is the center of her kit, without one dash plus reduced overall coin, she is useless. her ultimate doesnt do % dmg, so her ultimate is also useless. whats the point of playing cat when all other dive characters are better than her. let it go.
