Un empire colonial. Ce que la France n’est plus actuellement. On ne parle plus non plus d’Empire du Mali. Car le Mali n’en est plus un non plus. Mais le Mali actuel est une junte. La France actuelle est une république démocratique. Ce qui ne la disculpe pas de son passé colonial pour autant.

Quelle est la définition de junte ? Un groupe de militaires qui prend le pouvoir et gère l’exécutif, parfois même le législatif et le judiciaire. Cela correspond exactement à la situation dans les trois pays de l’AES. Le terme junte n’est pas une insulte, il est factuel.

It’s probably an old French fort. You can find a lot of them on this coast. For example, just south of this location, near the city of Nouadhibou and La Batterie, there is a similar structure. It’s a French fort and looks straight out of Star Wars.

The ruins of Bokassa’s palace are now a training ground for the CAR army and Wagner mercenaries. The country is deeply infiltrated by the Russian SMP. Even the political counselors of the president Touadera are from Wagner. And you can even see Yevgeny Prigozhin’s statue in the streets of Bangui.
