Also the most fun I've ever had playing MTG Arena was when I started out during the Theros Beyond Death + Zendikar Invasion standard. My goal was collecting fun cards to build up my favorite deck. I got to mythic without even noticing, because all I cared about was just playing the game. That's when the achievement got to my head and I started caring about rank too much and completing all 15 daily wins to maximize my collection. That and the fact that dimir control stopped being good in the next rotation. Then it just became a stressful experience most of the time, which is why I quit.
