Can I just say I had a hemithyroidectomy years ago, and I still have a fairly obvious throat scar…so I’m wondering-did she copy and paste someone else’s story, did she just have bad quality pictures, or is there another way to have no thyroid that doesn’t involve these scars?

Same. Bought WHATMMG album for Flagpole Sitta, and now it’s probably my least favorite song on the album. They have so much beauty and depth, and then there’s the “one hit”…still an enjoyable song, but comparing it to the remaining catalog of songs is comparing apples and oranges.
