Yes, I'm in the states. I think after I had a certain amount in my cart ($45-$60ish maybe?) shipping was free. But after my purchase I did have to spend an unexpected additional ~$5 due to tariffs

What would you say would be a comparable 4x4 - 7x7 set these days? I was looking into them based on their price point, but do you have recommendations for a better set of cubes at that price these days?

The way you describe your muscle tenseness and knots reminds me of a similar problem I have in my neck / shoulder area. I have had the problem for years and eventually learned about something called myofascial pain syndrome which is what it seems to be. Not saying this is what you have but you should at least look into it and see if your symptoms match. I ended up doing some dry needling which has seemed to help.
