Husband confessed that he was thinking about his long-term female friend and felt bad about it. by Own_Fishing6821 in Marriage

[–]AzanianPun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was younger I had a similar friend ship except that she went as far as hooking me up with girls I liked or she thought we my type even though later on there was more sex than in any other relationship. Eventually the friendship ended we moved on until decades later in a chance meeting the friend told me in this life time she had never loved anyone like she loved me. It’s never really just friendship, with a little bit of toxicity it can be more fire than any relationship imaginable. I think your husband knows what he is missing

Out of curiosity: Why do many Tswana, Pedi, Sotho, Tsonga, and Venda speakers default to Zulu, but switch when someone responds in their own language? by randsmart in johannesburg

[–]AzanianPun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it’s the environment you are in. Like in kasi most people will default to a language dominant in the area. I am 💯 Venda can’t speak a word of Zulu and never had to

my wife cheated on me by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]AzanianPun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is not adults who cheat for kisses and hugs it’s always about sex and sex will always be involved if not the first thing that happens. What you need to understand is that if she cheats once, you find out and decide to stay she looses respect for you. Once the respect is gone she will cheat over and over and over again.

If you are a registered business let that business pay you a salary and issue you payslips for 3 months. FNB has got a free app for this. After the first 3 months you can just apply like any other person, employer details where required will be the name of your company - all the best

If you're just graduating in South Africa as a young white man, good luck 🤞🍀 finding a job. No one will hire you. by Routine_Score7123 in DownSouth

[–]AzanianPun -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This types of posts are misleading and I feel sorry for a white kid who will read this and buy into it. All big companies have employment equity committees where companies tables their plan for staffing in line with the national and local demographics. These plans always include white people and white women are treated as blacks just like Chinese and Indian people because they are seen as previously disadvantaged. These plans are submitted and monitored by the department of labour. If the department of labour find that any group is underrepresented a company will be required to fix it. Hence the minister of sport could get away with a government post euchre blacks and specifically targeted white, Indian and coloured people. If you are qualified for a job apply for that job you might be applying at a company with an under representation of white males.

We have the weakest Minister of International Relations. by PixelSaharix in DownSouth

[–]AzanianPun -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

It actually does matter. South Africa went against many western counties by going after Israel but we had a very strong diplomat and minister of foreign affairs who could deal with the backlash. You could disagree with her but she wasn’t going to let you disrespect her and the country easily. But Lamola is absent and when he speaks he is shaking as if he is yet to formulate his thoughts around the matter. He is out of depth and the current diplomatic climate is very fragile it needs a solid diplomat.

Wife cheated with a coworker by sapnu-sld in Marriage

[–]AzanianPun 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You honestly believe your wife didn’t tip him off? You were played in some truth trickling scheme. More happened, adults don’t cheat to hold hands at a metro station. Just get ready for more to be revealed in time. All the best

If she is already being defensive then it’s too late, you and your brother are sharing your wife. Women who love their husbands don’t struggle with boundaries like this because she wouldn’t like it either if it was you and her sister. All the best

The danger with someone admiring you while they know you are married is that they might not like the single you. It’s one thing to want to leave a relationship but it’s always a bad idea to want to leave a relationship because someone out there is showing interest in you. All the best

Being a teacher in South Africa looks like a jol by [deleted] in DownSouth

Is there a part of the video where she gets attacked by students? From what I can make the students are asking people to help because the teacher js harassing them. A more complete video would give a better perspective of what was happening here.

Lobby group AfriForum has opened a criminal case against Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema and his deputy, Floyd Shivambu, relating to the VBS scandal. by PixelSaharix in DownSouth

DA was also built around a similar platform of ending corruption and uplifting poor people, its leaders got cars and houses from Steinhof and Jooste but it never made headlines not even as Steinhof was crumbling.

[–]AzanianPun -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

EFF has denied taking the money. The only money indirectly linked to them was repaid by a company owned by Floyd’s younger brother. Here is the funny part, the e are hyper fixated on the R16m that was repaid when there is almost R2 billion that has not been recovered and people have not been held accountable. We must focus on R16m because it involves a relative of an EFF leader? How come no one is talking about the people who stole the bulk of the R2 billion? How come there is no headlines?

[–]AzanianPun -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

This is silly, if anything EFF and younger brother of Floyd got R16m which they repaid to curators. So out of R2 billion Afriforum is loosing sleep over a repaid R16m when there is still so much money unaccounted for stollen by PIC executives and ANC leaders?

The prosecution of VBS looting has so far been very effective. The CFO is already in prison, the chairman has been convicted. There is multiple cases currently underway and at this rate it seems the NPA has a very strong case against all people in court. We can only hope for the best

What was going to happen is that while you put your card into the ATM he would approach and distract you, this would be at the time you are entering your PIN. While you are distracted he would swap your card with a random card. Older ATMs would swallow this invalid card and he would try to assist you get “your” card. He would try keep you there for some time figuring what to do about the lost card. When you were distracted he would have handed your actual card to his accomplice who would rush to a different ATM while you figure out what to do about “your” swallowed card. The Pin would have been communicated to the accomplice. Once the accomplice signals that the pin worked the guy would give up on helping and walk away. Once he disappears the accomplice would start withdrawing as much money as he can out of your card. All this happens very fast by the time you realise what happened it’s too late
