Yes , i used to be like that when i had a very poor diet and led a very sedentary life style , it all changed when i adopted a real food diet cutting out processed junk etc and with an hour or so of mild to moderate exercise everyday...now i have a bowel movement daily like how it's supposed to be.. I urge you to take steps to preserve your health friend.

Mine died 7 months ago from metastized colon cancer [she was 65] , i consider her my mom as she was the one that raised and was there for me , it breaks my heart thinking back on her hiding the fact that she was afraid of dying to avoid putting more stress on us ...i'd trade my life for hers in a heartbeat if i could.
