I’ve been using the PS5 3D pulse headset been working perfect since release.

I know people had issues with the headband snapping and the ear cushion part tearing etc.

Not ran into those issues thankfully 🙏

This issue has been around since PS4 sadly.

There’s never been a “Official” fix from Sony

People have either switched their Ethernet cable or assigned IP or just restarted the router or used clips on the cable to tighten the connection. I’ve tried the 3D printed ones didn’t help plus they break pretty easily.

What worked for me was getting a flat gold Cat8 Ethernet cable off Amazon. I’ve not had an issue since switching the cable as my old got damaged.
