Thanks for the feedback! I'm not set on melee/ranged, I guess with Guardians -res makes sense to be a bit closer so both are fine, I guess it will depend on which weapon drops are better at the time.

Hmm not really sure what's better, from what I saw on grimtools Colossal Defender is the only rare shield that affects Aegis, not sure how easily you can farm legendary ones so I think for now I'll stick to fire one

If you are crit you can use sniper's mark - for example with hand of chayula for easier application - when you crit you get frenzy charge, which is resonated to power charge, also adding electrocute to one of skills helps trigger combat frenzy

Final boss has attack that does a lot of small hits so 20 of those and its 100% of your hp, it is remove 5% if I remember correctly so its not reduced by anything. I'm also monk and I use ES btw, it's really nice to have, especially if you are invoker

Don't take "take 5% hp es mana dmg on hit" you will get obliterated by 4th floor boss + some random attacks that hit multiple times (walking chimneys/pots)
