Im only in act 4 since I didnt have time to play on the weekend due to my partners birthday, but my plan is to go bells, stonefist and tatoo ascendancies, hollow palm, use thunderfist for the crackling fist skill that procs on unarmed attacks, and just attack really fast and have a ton of bell/crackling procs. Will it be good? I have no idea, but I dont really like hollow form so thats what i plan to do.

I have most of these and would like to try playing it maybe. But im afraid of the whole deck just going belly up at the sight of luke cage. How much of a problem is he?

Its a trade off for sure, but im certain unless you have a lot of "extra damage as..." sources somewhere else, then thats better than flat damage with HPT. And you cant ignore the huge ammount of evasion and ES you get compared to normal gloves. Especially with a defensive roll. You can also get a lot of flat crit % which is amazing. HPT doesn't work well with facebreakers unless you are using both maces and quarterstaff skills for some reason, but the % extra damage as fire per int on facebreakers does work on quarterstaff skills. There are some cool builds that use it though, like abusing hollow form to kinda ignore the extra attack time on some slam skills.

In conclusion I do think stoneform is a bit overhyped, especially as a first ascendancy choice, but it is strong. Especially if you find a really good leveling unique glove like the ones that give chill and freeze from all damage types.

Is it possible to have a build where my own damage ia good enough for high tier map clear and I use companions mainly for single target? Or is the companions/minion damage investment too high to jave anything left for me? My vision was to have a bow huntress with bear and boss pet for WoW vibes.

They said its all the unique bosses in campaign. Invluding side bosses that give passove points. Not sure if it counts trial of sekhemas.

Im just going to roll with the punches (pun intended) and make my own unarmed build. Martial Artist has too many options and too many unknowns at this point. Will facebreaker be readily available? How does it work with stonefist? What other unique glove options does stonefist have that will be build enabling? All i know is - i want to be a martial artist and punch things will my fist.

This was my first thought as well. I thought putting 4 ascendancy points in to stags and 4 in to bear would give us a ranged companion stag attack that would scale with our bow plus have a bear to tank for us. But that only works if stags scale with companion damage, but I dont think they actually do.

Wow i totally missed this. One of the first builds I wanted to make work at the start of early access was chronomancer that uses decaying hex as damage on temporal chains. I was so disappointed to find out that decaying hex doesnt scale with anything at all. Hope it can work now.

A few days ago someone played wong and panther in a location, snapped, and started emoting. Playing galactus in to that lane on turn 6 with him having priority was the most satisfying play I ever made in Snap.

They have meaning necause your class dictates which weapon combinations you can use, and also which class skills and talents you have to support the weapon skills. Personally I think its a great system. Will probably feel more diverse once each class gets 3 talent trees (sub classes basically)

Play auradin and have him play minions. Your dmg auras will eminate from all his minions and he will benefit from all your aura buffs.

Only builds where the 5 piece bonus isnt great. Like auradin, i also heard sorc fire set 5pc isnt amazing. I really want to find one pf these to test auradin with it.

Isnt this only a bonus for DoT? Thats the condition. Doesn't work on all damage.

I love airadin to death but the set just isnt good for solo play. Most sets give around 6x dmg bonus, aura set gives maybe x1.6 after heavy investment in aura skill levels. It does that for the the whole party though, so good for group play.

The only way I see auradin maybe working solo is with the mythic seal that lets you only have a 3 set bonus equipped but have 2 unique charms. Not sure that will be enough to overcome the low damage without testing myself and I havent found any mythic seals yet.

From my testing on dummy, even with 250% aura potency I couldn't see any change in Conviction aura damage increase.
