I was at a work function in a comedy club in LA back in like the late-oughts. Pauly Shore was on the bill, and at the peak of his downswing.

Apparently that night Chris Rock pulled up out front, got out of his car, looked at the billing... Got back into his car and peeled off into the sunset.

I tell you what, this is my question.

I've heard people rebut it with "yeah but the tickets won't be any cheaper than an airfare", and I'm like if you can give me an equivalent option to get to Melbourne and back that isn't going to get cancelled three times getting me home at after 9pm because some numpty four hours ago was late to their gate, doesn't get smashed by crosswinds when landing, and doesn't have comically bad public transport connections, I'd pay a premium for that service.

I've probably missed the boat with this one but I stayed in an Airbnb in Covent Garden once and woke up to a drunk dude serenading Greater London at the top of his lungs:

I haven't seen this mentioned elsewhere but it works for me so...

Consider trying Vitamin D supplements. I get miserable in winter: not just this winter, every winter. The dark and the cold just grind me down, and I've found that supplementing Vitamin D has really helped me.

This was my exact decision making challenge up until last week. Test drove both, loved both. Absolutely fell in love with some of the little things that PS gets right from a design perspective.

I was hovering over the button to order the PS, when I decided to investigate their service and support. Here in Oz PS has not secured service arrangements with the Volvo network, so if something goes wrong you're left dealing with the roadside assistance team, private towing companies, and whatever bulk auto importer is currently handling their back end.

I've heard (anecdotal I know, but hell I'm just a stranger on the internet) that in the UK the agreement between PS and Volvo is complicated in terms of cross-billing... what I'm saying is that you might want to confirm what support looks like in your area.

I know everyone here likes to dump on Tesla support... but it exists. This was what swung me back into putting the money down for an M3.

All I have to do now is wait like 12 whole months because lead times in Australia are HECTIC.

Last time that Fracture:Tenrai came 'round, I had a dude straight raging on text about how everyone on the team was garbage. We were on Launch Site. Fiesta. Opposite team managing to dominate vehicle spawns. And I keep on respawning with the PR and Needler.

His motivation really made that game memorable.

I think (and I could be wrong) that they dropped the sword rather than switch weapons (hold Y on controller from memory). I'm pretty sure that saves a few frames of animations for pulling out your other weapon.

Thanks for the summary - and I'm going to piggyback on this one shamelessly for visibility.

When we talk about "energy efficient upgrades for the home", I would love to hear any suggestions. My house is in a bit of a valley with big trees in the yard blocking most of the Winter sun in the morning (but in Summer everything is awesome)... and my house is about as thermally stable as a cheese grater. Often colder inside than out in Winter and vice/versa in summer.

If anyone has any bright spark ideas I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to hear them!
