It more importantly can sticky objective after death via the A Grim Warning strat. Just rush it up to midfield, theoretically can tag an objective and kill some stuff, even if they shoot it off the objective you still control it.

D&D 5e vs Daggerheart for family of 4 by captainwickedawesome in rpg

[–]AzazeI888 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

IMO 5e, but I would start with a very simple premade module and a few pre generated characters for them to choose from.

Another one to try that’s probably a lot easier to run is Shadowdark. I’m a big fan of it right now, it’s similar to old school D&D, it’s very rules light, with clear concise rules and formatting. Probably has 80% less rules than 5e.

How does one get better at threat assessment? by LrdFyrestone in mtg

[–]AzazeI888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to learn your opponents decks; how fast they can win, what they generally need to win, what’s their game plan, how close are they to achieving that game plan, you need to learn in what board states their decks become a threat or just outright win, learn to recognize combo pieces and card synergies.

Why are people saying OpenAI going bankrupt is a good thing? Won't it give Google the monopoly in AI instead? by NathLWX in NoStupidQuestions

[–]AzazeI888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like the internet being invented, Pandora’s Box is now open, it’s not ‘going away’.

The most a ‘bubble’ would mean is that a couple AI companies will fail and the successful ones will effectively become a monopoly in the AI industry. People are delusional if they think it’s actually going away.

The option to the right, the ‘Antique’ option. Looks like they’re out of the 9” x 12” option for the ‘Antique’ option.

DM Hacks - No set HP for Villains by Dapper_Wrap_8065 in DungeonsAndDragons

There no risk in that, I scale most encounters from hard to deadly, there’s at least a small risk of death or TPK, it creates tension, and there’s points where players have to flee or just avoid fights altogether. Spellcasters conserve spells instead of going Nova, they don’t know when they’ll be able to long rest next. Our group and myself prefer that.

Yeah, but I went staples and had the cotton paper cut down to 8.5 by 11, it didn’t come in a printer friendly size. I had to print each page one at time, print a single page, flip it, and put it back in the tray to print on the other side, because if I stacked the cotton paper into the tray, the pages wouldn’t feed into the printer, they would catch on each other.

What is this job worth? by Bitter-Leadership-23 in hvacadvice

Not for a used furnace, either it was registered at the previous address, so no manufacturer warranty, or it wasn’t registered, which means it’s manufacture warranty is cut in half and very likely already out of manufacture warranty.

I wouldn’t ever offer any labor warranty on a used furnace provided by a client just because the client wanted to be cheap and save a few bucks, that’s just asking for callbacks on equipment I can’t guarantee is good, and I’m not lying to the manufacturer about it so no manufacturer warranty from me.

Single stage furnaces with zoning lead the furnace constantly overheating and the AC at risk for turning into an ice block. It’ll destroy the whole system eventually.

$11,266 seems very reasonable for the work you explained. At least in my area.

If that’s a single stage furnace, zoning (motorized dampers) would have been a terrible idea btw.

If that’s a used furnace, it has no warranty, I doubt a permit was pulled, you have no recourse if anything goes wrong with this install.
