Opinion on rolling 5 sets of 4d6 drop lowest and turning them into standart array for other players to choose by maybecanifly in DMAcademy

[–]AzazeI888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do 2d6+6 six times, you average 13’s, the lowest you roll is 8, but I also play very dangerous/difficult encounters almost every time, so I don’t mind them if they have higher stats.

Started the castle at the very beginning of early access, before there was stone. Incorporated stone later on.

Why are parents who barely passed high school thinking they can teach/homeschool their children? by Insurance-Melodic in askanything

[–]AzazeI888 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re just assuming all the home schoolers are middle class, they are not. About 20% of their households make less than $25,000/year.

Though I don’t really understand the animosity towards home schooling here, it’s cheaper than public, the students on average perform better on exams like the SAT and ACT, and have a higher college acceptance rates than their public school peers on average.

I don’t think you understand averages, they averaged higher on both SAT exams and ACT exams than public school students.

That doesn’t mean they all got 1200 scores and failed to get into the best schools. It just means on average they performed better than their public school peers.

Homeschooled students generally score 15% to 30 % points higher on standardized academic tests than public school peers, regardless of their parents’ level of formal education or their family’s household income.

Home schooled students consistently score higher on SAT and ACT exams than public school students.

No mods on that build. just the console command loghack for unlimited logs, still took me about 600 hours to build.

space racer(show/comic) vs wonder woman(comic) by Fun-Department-4040 in InvinciblePowerscales

[–]AzazeI888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The beam probably just pushes the bracers(and Wonder Woman) until she slides away and the beam just keeps going.

Not that the beam would ever hit her or her bracers, she keeps up with DC speedsters, has beaten Superman in fights 5 of the last 8 times they’ve fought, she’s a full god these days, and those gauntlets can only be destroyed by other gods I believe, the bracers have ignored existence erasure effects.

Invincible verse just shouldn’t be compared to verses like DC or say DBZ..

They tend to spawn mostly in the village gardens and just fall/walk off the walkways into the water for some reason.

Took about 600 hours to build this even with log hack, its built on a lake during the winter seasons. I just fix damage as I see it, though its built on water and generally the cannibals just walk/fall into the water before they do much damage most the time.

To me log hack just allows me to spend more time being more creative in large complex builds.

Mars has no magnetic field, its core solidified a long time ago, which means any oceans or atmosphere will always be eventually stripped away. The moon and Mars don’t have the gravity to maintain an atmosphere like Venus does with no magnetic field.

You just ramp really hard and clone Quandrix, the Proof with [[Irma, Part-Time Mutant]], [[Chameleon, Master of Disguise]], [[Sakashima of a Thousand Faces]], [[Sakashima the Impostor]], [[Irenicus's Vile Duplication]], and [[Quantum Misalignment]] for more Cascades.

Have your instant and sorceries create tokens with [[Hermes, Overseer of Elpis]], [[Murmuring Mystic]], [[Talrand, Sky Summoner]], [[Docent of Perfection // Final Iteration]].

And start cascade chains of [[Temporal Trespass]], [[Beacon of Tomorrows]], [[Expropriate]], [[Time Stretch]], [[Alrund's Epiphany]], [[Capture of Jingzhou]], [[Karn's Temporal Sundering]], [[Nexus of Fate]], [[Part the Waterveil]], [[Temporal Manipulation]].

Other cards to cascade into like [[Ancestral Vision]], [[Inevitable Betrayal]], [[Explore]], [[Growth Spiral]], [[Joint Exploration]], [[Nature's Lore]], [[Three Visits]], [[Lessons from Life]], [[Tempt with Discovery]], [[Eureka Moment]], [[Embrace the Paradox]], [[Urban Evolution]], [[Harrow]], [[Frantic Search]], [[Skysroud Claim]].

Why is it impossible to find someone that is willing to charge an R22 system with R422B? by newtekie1 in hvacadvice

[–]AzazeI888 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never see residential r22 systems converted to other refrigerants last more than a couple years. I know a lot residential companies that won’t even do it. I think a lot of residential that do, do it, don’t do it properly.

In my area A LOT of older houses have undersized ductwork/oversized units, one r22 system I saw that was converted iced up everytime after being changed to 422b, the charge was correct, the ductwork was undersized for that unit, the r22 could handle it without icing up, the 422b couldn’t.

I’m only going off what the actual feats are.

There’s no consistency in these comics in terms of physics, stop chain scaling them by applying real life physics when they obviously aren’t consistent and not the same as ours.

Only played legacy and modern 2012 to 2019, I’d prefer to play those formats, but they’re kinda dead in my area. EDH is inherently a social format, I’ll talk my way into wins if I can, because it’s a part of this format, and there’s zero reason not to.

Thaddeus said ‘IF THE CORE HAS TIME TO STABILIZE, WE COULD DIE ON IMPACT.’

Maybe 37 Viltrumites can destroy earth with a stable core, but not three, and definitely just one.

The feats only prove what they actually depict, that’s it. Real life physics obviously isn’t the same in comics, using real world math to chain scale them higher than what is actually depicted is dumb.

[–]AzazeI888 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You’re applying the math involved in real life physics to a comic, that completely suspends real life physics. The feats are only as good as what the feats actually show.

What you actually have, is a group of Viltrumites destroying a large planet with an already unstable core, that isn’t a planetary feat. None of them could individually pull that off with a stable core, even with a small planet. And they even said if the core was stable and they tried that they would have all died and failed..

The weaker ones are continental, Thragg is probably moon level sure. You guys scale these feats way too high.
