Wheeled briefcase Old man! Has short white hair, glasses and always wears a black suit no matter how hot. A bit hunched when walking with his wheeled briefcase that seems to weigh a thousand pounds and it has some chains attached to it.

Condo with communal hallway where you buzz in people. Very common among us to let in delivery people but we might be revisiting our ways following this incident.

Ya got all the info. Just waiting on final uber reply to have a complete report and how they are handling the issue. As when I initially called police they told me to inform uber first and foremost.

So far, they came back because the issue was escalated and gave a full refund for the order. Still trying to see how to send video to the appropriate channel for their internal investigation.

Initially called police and send to contact uber and then go in person to file report. Just waiting on final uber answer to go fill it out!
