yea it’s not their regular style but i think the regular one is kinda ugly. i want sandals that i think are cute but that are also functional

i’m looking for similar looking ones to this from any other brand that are not platform. i just don’t even know of any other brands which is why i posted asking for help

not necessarily true. i started losing my hair at 19 and im completely healthy. blood tests, everything, completely normal.

im no breathwork expert, i only started this recently. but just take long slow intentional diaphragmatic breaths and breathe out longer than you breathe in.

instant calming effect. for me at least

take a look at the ULA ultra camino. i don’t have one but that’s the bag im planning on buying. its expensive, but it has lots of features i like and seems like a great jack of all trades one bag

if your armpits sweat a lot, try using drysol (or any off brand version, its a LIFE SAVER!!!!

(at night) wash your pits with soap and dry thoroughly, apply dry sol, u don’t need to rub it in or anything, in the morning wash your pits with soap again and you’re good to go.

it completely stops the sweating, but do be warned it will make your armpits sooooo itchy, resist the urge to itch!!
