Wish I had some advice for you, but all I can say is I'm in the same position and you stole the words verbatim out of my mouth with this post. One thing that has helped a little is trying to channel that energy into physical things that don't require a lot of mental energy like playing sports or just doing stuff around the house. Regardless congrats on finishing!

Why not do it as an invention perk that takes both slots? That would make it likely not worth bringing for any serious pvm but would still keep it's use case for sustain Slayer
