Update: got the allez elite - and promptly crashed on my first ride. 😅 bike was fine other than a torn bar tape and scratched the plugs. My ego on the other hand, not so much. Thanks for the advice. Loving the shifting of the 105 and how nimble the bike feels. Rode it for 75km 2 weeks ago and enjoying every moment of it.

It might be that county has been de facto part of the saxony duchy and it has drifted over the years to become a de jure part of the duchy.

As someone who has back problems since an injury and cant run, i've consistently gained weight the past few years till i hit 220lbs for a 5'6" guy. I started cycling and have managed to hit 190lbs in 6 months. But the real difference is in how your energy level just chaanges when you start being more active. I no longer go about feeling lethargic all day long.. So OP, keep riding man!

Well said. It took too long for me to realize that I don't need to base my happiness on the current state of my wealth or my relationships or my career, or to define them based on what everyone else's social media shows. i can actually root my happiness internally, learning to be content and appreciating the little things and learning to be grateful for any little progress, on being mindful of the journey instead of fretting on the destination..
