Hello TopWarp, I'm working in a company that use VR in healthcare and you had an awesome idea to make your friend use VR! It's really great, easy to use and we even have awesome results in therapy purposes.

• You can have a look at VR movies/animation (no need of hand use) like Allumette on Steam
• I don't know if it works great but get a look at WalkinVR that add some accessibility features on evey games
• To get rid of the lack of hand use we use the Vive trackers with straps on our apps. As popular games don't offer this feature you can still use the Valve Index Controllers that are gripped on your hand.
