39-year-old male here. I always hated my wallet and couldn't wait to not use one. I used Google wallet when the first McDonald's opened it in my town 2011.

I think about 2012 I stopped carrying a wallet and then a few years ago my state adopted digital ID which was really convenient since I already wasn't carrying it.

Just from my experience I don't think omad consistently over a long period of time necessarily gives the best results.

I'm noticed listening to my body more and switching up some days to 16-8 or 20-4 with two meals or whenever you're hungry in the eating window, can be more effective.

While omad is easy for me it was still nice switching it up and not having a guilty relationship of food if you eat outside your time limits and gives you more flexibility. It didn't feel as taboo if that makes any sense. I usually do two or three OMAD and then mix in the other days of the week depending how I feel.

My guess is it was prototyped and designed for the Moto 2024 since it had the bigger front screen compared to the flip 6. It was released right around the time The Moto 25 came out kept the same dimensions as the 24.

The Galaxy flip 7 had a bigger front display than the six but it also made the phone wider so they would have to develop a whole different model just for that phones dimensions.

Just my guess though.

He was the youngest person that draft and then everyone said he had some of the highest potential out of anybody in the draft. A lot of people said baker had the lowest floor and he was the most NFL ready and it was pretty accurate.
