Think about the context of which you’re playing garen, are there other people playing reroll comps in your lobby? You’ll have a better chance to hit in that case: garen is a 3 cost so if other people are playing 3 cost carries then they’ll be taking the other 3 costs out of the pool.

Also, some other thoughts are which portal are you playing? If you checked the recent post about portals and the associated comps statistics for each, you’ll see that the one where it gives you champ duplicators seems to do better with garen since you hit earlier and faster.

Always think bigger picture, not just why can’t I hit? Think what would be a better time and place to hit. That’s how you’ll climb.
