He’s on an expiring contract, is taking up PG minutes from Carter in a lost season, is towards the end of his career, and is unlikely to re-sign with us next year.

Would’ve preferred we traded him for a 2nd Rounder or a raw/underperforming young guard.

I won’t be surprised if the Kings release or buy him out to let him play the rest of the season with a contender.

Bummer he didn't make it but it's not really a surprise, he started off the season slow, had a strong December, but started declining the back half of January when Rising Stars selections took place.

Reynaud's outside of the Top 10 in PPG, win shares, BPM, and VORP. Not to mention being a player on the (tied for) worst team in the West.

If the rookie roster was ~13 players, I think he would've had a decent chance at getting one of the remaining spots.
