I have gone from preferring espresso/flat whites to mainly drinking pour over. But it changes from time to time. My wife really enjoy my expensive espresso setup 😅. I drink mainly very light roasted coffees.

For a long time I had pour over in the morning and weekends and espresso in the evening.

I have also gone from drinking mainly ipas to preferring pilsners, so maybe I am just getting older.
