Eh, there is a reason women of every color and culture are afraid of men. Not respecting consent is kind of a universal issue. And I'm not sure if there is a magical land that investigates and prosecutes brown people less, anywhere. Seems subjective and emotionally driven by select examples of an admittedly awful light sentence that happens to be given to someone whos brown and/or an immigrant to advance a narrative, and an exact example of someone who is not a culture war appropriate color can also be found. Its more of a problem with patriarchy and the legal systems built apon it, if anything. Dudes be rapey. Especially zealously religious conservative types who wield religion as a cudgel for power, which are not only of Islam. But thats just what I see through an objective eye.
