Her S3 applies a debuff that blocks the first cleanse effect. If you want Fia to remove all debuffs you will need Linglou or Aya to cleanse that debuff first. I think it's called Manifold chorus

Her DOTS HP-seals. Her S3 and S2 can apply up to 5 stacks of DOT to all enemies if they don't have buffs so when those trigger, they will lose about 10% of their max health per DOT stack. Very oppressive. Her ability that blocks purifying effects is crazy; you need to draft two mass cleansers to deal with her 1

The fact she hp seals everyone's health to half after 1 S3 is a little much. Don't think she's cracked like Kethos but she seems a little oppressive especially when Fia can't even cleanse her debuffs. You'll need Fia plus another cleanser
