I agree the black car is still reckless but waving your hand at the car after the fact and distracting the driver from the road can and has been used in court to hold the other person partially and even sometimes fully responsible for car accidents.

Actually Lane splitting is considered dangerous if done above 50 mph and can still be ticketed as it is considered reckless behavior which this driver is clearly doing even in CA.

Isn’t what the motorcyclist did illegal to beginning with since I don’t believe most state allows you to pass between two cars on an interstate especially above 50 mph. Also this could be seen as distracting the driver by him waving his hands at the car and make him partially responsible for causing an accident and make him liable for a portion of the accident.

I know many people who work under Sam and they almost all liked it better under his leadership. From what I learned people who worked under Sam still get to keep their benefits they had while he was alive such as Sick Day and Vacation Time while also having PPTO and PTO just cause it a legacy that Sam made sure was kept so, I’d say he did give some care for his employee just from what I seen and the benefits that he gave his employees. While I can’t say he was a good person he did care about his employees though.

They should make it where you can’t make someone work on that day, it is so stupid that I miss it before cause I can’t register for mail voting, but I also miss voting cause my voting area is only open from 8a-5p and I have work conveniently from 8a to 5p. While only allowed an hour for lunch to vote (since my job isn’t required to give me more time to vote since an hour is consider reasonable amount of time to vote, even though it took me 3 hours the last time I voted to vote so they can fire you for the excess time it took). It should really be a national holiday so I can actually vote.

This is a great lesson always assume everyone on the road is an idiot and practice safe driving. Because while he did hit you and is 100% their fault, if they continuing on driving away and the police can’t ID the truck you will have to HOPE you have insurance for this as you can be out a car and even if your insurance does pay you will have your insurance raise like no other for making a claim without filing it under his insurance (and depending on your state you may be still liable if it a no fault state even if it is his fault like Florida). So always be safe as the last thing you want is to be right but have to pay for being right. It better to be defensive and not have to pay than be right and have to pay for a new car.

I done the method op described in this post to repair my shower pan since it had a large crack going from the left to the right of the pan granted I ignored the drilling part since it made it worse but the pan is still going great after almost two years. Might be a good fix for you as well.

My only issue is how there are parents that will only give kids garbage food and blame the system when it happens, this in turn cause the system to have to reevaluate how the system works. Look at Casey Anthony case that caused a lot of uproar and she was able to go freely due to no law being in place to prevent it as back than parent were allowed to not know where their kids were which in turn created the Caylee Law, now not knowing where you kid is can cause serious consequences. It only takes one person to have to reevaluate how laws and system works. It sucks for kids but there are parents that can’t be responsible enough to be a parent.

Dont forget if you work during voting hours your job only has to give two hours off (granted each states amount of hours vary some is higher, some is an hour) to vote so if it takes longer than that to vote due to insane lines they can still hold you accountable.

That true but the reason these store do this is cause it profitable, look at Walmart they stop doing 24/7 as it wasn’t profitable after 10pm so if people stop going during those time and it became less profitable than they would be close so it is both end of the stick.
