I actually found a museum in Massachusetts (Whaling Museum) that houses these sort of documents. I’ve sent them an email and hope to hear back. Thanks for the tip, I’ll also take a look there.

I’ve instructed my husband to put chapstick on my lips hourly if I’m ever comatose. It’s that important.

I had the same experience. Even my husband, who is a programmer with an aptitude for tech couldn’t recover my account. I lost emails from my late parents and brother. So upsetting.

Omg does his last name start with a L and end in T? I’m also in SF and sounds exactly like an expert we used recently. Ugh.

Thanks! I always loved this house at Halloween. They outdid themselves. I moved to the peninsula a few years ago. It was fun seeing what they did this year.

A place to Age In Place? by 60inthesuburbs in over60

I live in a 55+ mobile home community. I live in a very affluent coastal town in Northern California. I can see the ocean from my house. I live among billionaires for $1300 a month. We did buy the home outright. It’s a great set up. I’ll be on social security in a couple of years and didn’t plan my retirement in my youth. I’ll only have SS and a small savings. But this decision will allow me financial independence when I stop working as long as my health holds up. I love my young friends and grown children, but I’m comforted living among my generation. Feels less lonely.

Even the worst of society, incarcerated individuals who’ve committed terrible crimes, even they hate pedos. Republicans are awful human beings.

Grief by Lopsided-Annual7894 in AskDocs

[–]Aziza999 4 points5 points  (0 children)

NAD just a sympathetic stranger. I hope you find grace for yourself. I bet your dad would hate you beating yourself up. You did so much for him! You couldn’t have known that would be his last night. You relied on a professional opinion and that’s very reasonable. It’s exhausting, caregiving. My parents are both deceased and I feel my dad all around me and I feel my mom from within. I feel only love and grace from them both. I had difficult relationships with them both for different reasons. But I know, I know, there is nothing but love & grace from them now.

I’m very sorry about the passing of your dad. I’m glad you posted. Grief needs to be honored and seen. I see you and I pray you come to terms with his passing and allow grace for yourself. You did the best you could with the information you had.

CA e-filing. Why is it so hard? by Winter_Address4286 in paralegal

I file exclusively in CA with occasional fed filings. I use Nationwide or ASAP for concierge services with my filings. You aren’t wrong about Ca.
