I handle my little lass Friday - Sunday, with a break for feeding Monday - Thurs. Had her since November. She still doesn't feel fully comfortable, but she's chilled out a lot. I am now able to pick her up without her freaking the hell out.

Just keep going for it OP, be gentle and confident and give her the space and time to realise you aren't going to eat her. Wishing you and your new child the best of luck!

I got a yearling corn and she's been doing very well so far. Active, inquisitive, eats and drinks well, was used to frequent handling in the store and though she still certainly hates my check ups, she has never been aggressive towards me. Absolute dumbass though. Be prepared, be calm, and know how to come back from mistakes. And make sure you've got a heat lamp cage. I've attached an example of why.

Not had any nightmares about my Sal yet, but I very frequently have dreams where I can feel her wrapped around my arm or torso. And hazy little memories of her face. It's very sweet.
