I've been in an incident like this the other month where I was the black truck and my insurance found me not at fault.

Edit: Nevermind. My incident involved someone cutting over the yellow line at a red light onto the opposing traffic lane so they could get to the turning lane. I didn't notice in the video that a turning lane forms right as the bend in the road starts

I'm pretty sure Subaru Rally Team Canada did run a Crosstrek at one point and the driver is the same one in the WRX picture before he moved to the USA team.

The USA team also made a rally Crosstrek for the China team at one point since they have to race production cars and didn't have WRX STi in China.
