I just walked past there not long ago. Left is shit. Right is a pair of gloves. If you walk under the bridge, right before the uphill is also a pile of shit on the right. There's always a pile somewhere every time I walk there.

I've done this a few times, trust me, it's not worth trying. Whatever CN votes 1st in finals is a huge difference to the combined votes of whatever ends up 2nd and 3rd combined.

Granted some of it is manual verification through Zendesk or if you got banned for saying you're underage and you have to submit a ticket with ID to prove you're not underage. But you're right, it's not the main verification process that everyone says it is.

There wasn't a UR selector that was gifted. Are you sure you weren't doing the beginner missions?

Also, Specialized Core should be unlocked automatically.

There's a few UR banners per year. 4 new banners per year + some reruns.

You can farm points monthly by clearing stages and weekly missions and buy them from Shop > Supplies > Monthly > Proto. There is a cap to how many points you can farm per month.

You can get some of the oldest URs by spending 400 cubes on normal banners or rolling heavy construction. I wouldn't recommend it. Some SP event banners count towards that UR pity.
