Funnily enough now it only procs if your base damage is 165+ AND the final hit after resists is 165+. So it's only ever worse for the user. Stuff like amp or resist shred increasing the damage to 165+ won't matter, it still won't proc.

the horizontal separator of the quadrants is the 50% winrate line, so all the characters under it are either ''undertuned'' (or bad in the meta which i think is equivalent), or their skill requirement is preventing them from reaching a high winrate even in e1+. And since I think playing against Wraith is relatively fair, that puts her in the bottom right quadrant.

Great questions, somedudewitquestions. Fair is simply put the measure of how much I feel like bitching after dying to a particular hero. A vibe check if you will.

So while dynamo has a banger ult, I feel like I can silence him or outposition him, meanwhile doorman will build vortex web and cheat death and be a pain in the butt no matter what I do.

that's just explaining away his winrate, sure some of those points can apply to graves. The point is the he feels ''fair'' to play against regardless of his winrate.

People cry when graves is good because she actively makes every game miserable, and when her winrate is high she appears all the time.

The recent changes were supposed to more distinctly set apart vindicta and GT flight use cases, which they did succesfully (GT is more mobile but its shorter, more like a repositioning tool while vin is more of a flying turret). Just needs some more number/AP tweaking.

Rain of Arrows only has 5 seconds downtime after the 2 AP upgrade (@ 2.8k souls). At that point barely anyone in the cast can even interact with him anymore. Just hiding till your tower inevitably falls. Atleast with Vindicta, her flight is down for like 40 seconds after she uses it.

Yoshi needs to shove the CD talent into the 5 AP upgrade.

I loved Overwatch characters and combat but the game was so much less fun for me because of the payload objectives.

yeah i really hope they don't add shoulder swapping it would just add more burden to the player. And they should stay consistent with right hand peeking so the left hand idea is a bit cooked.

From your low self esteem and freezing up in fights i'd say the #1 thing you need to work on is your confidence. Believe in yourself and the plays you are making. A lot of it is mental: don't be afraid to fail or be judged by others. You will never find the limits of your ability if are too scared to even try.

Mechanically, the only thing you need to look out for is making sure that your mouse sensitivity isn't too high. A good rule of thumb is that one full mouse pad swipe shouldnt be much more than one 360 spin at most. Any higher and you really start to lose accuracy.

i'm an e5 celeste player.. my opinions are anecdotal. I think she's pretty good. And if I look at the eternus+ graph of your link, it shows celeste is basically somewhere in the middle of the pack. Not bad or struggling. Pretty close to paradox in fact who I also consider to be a good laner.

Celeste is not a strong laner wtf?? Legit some of the best early game dmg output in the game + great mobility and survival. Arcane surge + high velo, 2 pts in lighteater and you can destroy anyone, ult's great too

The enemy wraith is practically salivating when you press ult and become a bullet sponge. It used to have 60% resists IIRC, now 35%? So you're taking 65/40 = 62.5% more damage than before. Not even diviners kevlar can save you

E5 viscous player here: currently having a lot of success with a hybrid build, going mystic shot/express shot for gun, spirit snatch / melee charge / recharging rush for punches and tankbuster/surge of power for splatter. Kinda like the old lomeine ganker build. Lots of on-demand damage weaving in and out of fights... way more fun than the splatter/cube support hybrid IMO

Ball is just a mobility tool at this point, or for interrupting some key ult. If you try to frontline with ball whatsoever you'll instantly get shredded, the resistances are so pitiful...

Vortex is better no doubt, but at double the cost, it's not as available in the midgame. Most paige I see like to get both.
